Rontrell Lynch is a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, and trainer, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. With expertise in leadership, entrepreneurship, mindset transformation, and personal development, he helps individuals overcome obstacles and unlock their true potential.

Rontrell is the co-owner of Road 2 Recovery, LLC, and CEO of The Road 2 Recovery Foundation, supporting individuals in their journey to recovery and personal transformation. He also serves as a co-owner of A&R coaching and consulting group, providing valuable guidance to businesses.

Rontrell holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in financial planning. Through his passion for empowering others and commitment to growth, Rontrell consistently creates a positive impact in the lives of those he encounters.

Anita Lynch is a dynamic and accomplished leader — businesswoman, author, motivational speaker, wife, and proud mother of two. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University. Anita is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), a Mental Health Qualified Professional (QP), and a certified instructor for Prime for Life, ADETS (Alcohol Drug Education Traffic School), and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT).

With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, 18 years in management, and nearly a decade as an entrepreneur, Anita brings a wealth of expertise, vision, and compassion to her work. In 2015, she founded Road 2 Recovery LLC, where she currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, the organization has become a trusted provider of comprehensive services for justice-involved individuals, including substance use treatment, recidivism reduction programming, cognitive-behavioral education, parenting classes, employment readiness, health and nutrition education, and transitional housing.

Anita is an active member of numerous professional and community-based organizations, including the Local Reentry Council, the Coalition for Addiction Recovery and Education, the Nash Community College Small Business Center Advisory Committee, the State Reentry Council Collaborative, the NC Joint Reentry Council, the Council of Community Service, and the Tar Heel Region 9 Housing Committee.

In addition to her leadership in reentry and housing services, Anita is deeply committed to empowering women to live boldly and purposefully. She has facilitated impactful workshops on Women in Business, Transitional Housing Start-Up, Mental Health 101, and Customer Service Excellence. As the author of No Fear Here, Anita inspires readers to overcome fear and embrace lives of courage, faith, and confidence.

Her outstanding work and influence have earned national recognition, including features in 100 Fearless Women Magazine in 2023 and Testimony Magazine in 2025. Anita Lynch continues to lead with excellence, inspire with purpose, and create pathways to transformation for individuals and communities alike.
